Provincial Nominee Program
Nominated by a province. Chosen for Canada.
The Provincial Nominee Program is Canada's second great road to permanent residence. Each province and territory runs its own streams, chooses the occupations it needs, and nominates the people who fit. If a province wants what you do for a living, a nomination can carry your whole PR application. We specialize in two programs: Manitoba's MPNP and Ontario's OINP.
Why pursue a nomination
What a nomination does for you.
Dramatically increases your Express Entry score
A provincial nomination is one of the largest CRS score boosts available in the Express Entry system, often the difference between waiting in the pool and receiving an invitation to apply.
A smooth transition from temporary to permanent residence
Most provincial streams are built for people already working or studying in the province. Your job, your studies and your local ties stop being just a life and start being an application.
Stay in Canada and keep working while you wait
Remain in Canada and continue working while a decision is made on your permanent residence application.
Our programs
Two programs, known in depth.
Eleven provinces and territories run nominee programs. We focus on two of them: Manitoba's and Ontario's.
Whether your profile fits the MPNP or the OINP, and when its streams are open, is exactly what a consultation answers. As a Manitoba based practice we know the MPNP from the inside.

The honest part
Nomination is highly competitive.
Applying for nomination through a province or territory is highly competitive, and program targets change through the year. Give yourself every advantage possible to be selected and approved by preparing your file with a licensed immigration professional.
Questions
Provincial nomination, asked plainly.
What is the Provincial Nominee Program?
It is the family of immigration programs run by Canada's provinces and territories. A province nominates you because your skills fit its labour market, and that nomination supports your permanent residence application to the federal government.
PNP or Express Entry, which should I choose?
Often the answer is both. A provincial nomination is one of the largest score boosts available in the Express Entry system, and it can also mean a smoother transition if you are already working or studying in a province. The smarter order depends on your profile.
What is the MPNP?
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program is our home province's nominee program. Like every provincial program it targets specific groups of immigrants with its own eligibility requirements, and as a Manitoba based practice it is the one closest to home for us.
What is the OINP?
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program is Ontario's nominee program. It runs its own streams with their own eligibility requirements, and alongside the MPNP it is one of the two provincial programs we handle.
Which program fits my profile?
We handle two provincial programs: the MPNP and the OINP. Each targets certain occupations and profiles, with requirements that change through the year. Whether either fits you, and when its streams are open, is exactly what a consultation answers.
